Sportsmanship

Spectators are encouraged to cheer for their team and create a festive atmosphere in the building.  Spectators also play a critical role in establishing a positive image of our league and our teams, and everyone plays a part in not only making the day a success, but creating more opportunities for our league to host big events in the future.  It is the mission of the PIHL to have the fans enjoy the game just as much as we enjoy having their support.

Tickets

Tickets to the event are on-sale now through the Ticketmaster website or any Ticketmaster box office.  They will also be available the day of the games through the arena box office inside the Trib Total Media Gate.  Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for students, and free for kids 11 & under.  All tickets are General Admission and are good for all 3 games that night.

Parking

The lots across Centre Avenue from the Trib Total Media Gate will be open for all attendees to park.  Since the NHL game that afternoon will not end until about 3:30, it is recommended that spectators do not try to park until after 4:15 PM.  The South Lot offers the most-convenient access to the Trib Total Media Gate.

Spectator Seating

Spectator gates open at 4:30 PM.  All spectators must enter through the Trib Total Media Gate.  Seating is General Admission and will be limited to the club seats on each side of the rink.  The home team fans will be directed to the First Niagara Club, and the visiting team fans will be directed to the Captain Morgan Club.  Signs will be displayed at the entrance to assist with these directions.  There will also be arena ushers available to assist in the seating sections.

Concessions

There will be concessions available in both club lounges.  These will remain open until the conclusion of the 2nd intermission of the final game of the night.  No alcoholic beverages will be sold during the PIHL games or permitted in the building in any form.  The specialty concessions (Primanti's, Nakama, etc.) are not expected to remain open for the Penguins Cup games.

Post-Game

No spectators are permitted on the ice or on the event level (locker room areas) at any time, including post-game celebrations games.  The players will exit the building through the Trib Total Media Gate, so family and friends are encouraged to gather in this area to wait for the players of both teams after the game.

Broadcasts

The MSA Sports Network is providing live video broadcasts of all three championship games on Saturday, as well as a preview of the games on Thursday night's PIHL Power Play Show.  The links to those broadcasts are provided below.  Broadcasts are immediately archived for online viewing any time.

Game DVDs

Power Play Productions will be producing official video of each game with play-by-play by Bob Sebastian.  The Pittsburgh Penguins generously provide Power Play Productions with a five-camera video feed with instant replay, just like Penguins game productions.  These DVDs are only available by pre-ordering. While game DVDs are normally priced at $39.95, PPP will again offer the Penguins Cup Team Package special: 22 videos for $500.00, a savings of more than 40%. Finished DVDs will be available less than 24 hours after the game. To order, e-mail Brian Lacek at bri_lacek@hotmail.com or call Tony Lacek at 412-600-0763.
